Magirus MultiStar is a world-unique combination of a telescopic crane/platform with a rescue basket and a naval firefighting vehicle with a double/ crew cabin. The aluminum telescopic platform offers a maximum reach height of 28.5 meters and a horizontal reach of 16.5 m with 3 people in the basket (load capacity 270 kg).

The entire Magirus MultiStar upgrade is built on an Iveco EuroCargo 180E30 chassis, adorned with a team cabin with 1+7 seats. The vehicle was put into traffic for the first time on February 8, 2011.

There is also a water thrower/monitor on the basket that can be controlled via a separate and main control unit, but also by remote control from a remote and safe place. The flow rate of this water monitor is 1,200 liters per minute at 10 bar.
The vehicle is also equipped with two fast naval high pressure hoses. Naval HP hoses are located on both sides of the vehicle

The vehicle is decorated with Magirus' standard and indestructible pump with a flow rate of 2,000 liters per minute, which can take water from the vehicle's built-in 1,500 liter water tank or from an external water source. On the upgrade of the vehicle, an electricity generator is integrated with a telescopic lighting pillar on which there are two reflectors.
