TECH4S – HEAVY MACHINERY ENGINES, PARTS AND REPAIR

Our group has been in business since 1991. Over 35 years we have grown from a local machinery workshop into one of the largest suppliers of heavy machinery engines and spare parts in the Baltic region. The workshop remains the core of what we do – we work in three directions: engines, spare parts and repair.

1. ENGINES

• New, remanufactured and used engines – over 4,000 items in stock
• If the engine you need is not in our stock, we will source it for you
• Technical consultation based on your engine serial number, data plate or engine block casting number

2. SPARE PARTS

New, used and alternative parts for agricultural, construction, road-building, port handling and forestry machinery.

• Engine parts: blocks, crankcases, cylinder heads, tappets, valves, connecting rods, bearings, piston assemblies, rings, crankshafts and camshafts, gasket sets, oil seals
• Fuel systems: high-pressure fuel pumps, injectors, fuel equipment
• Transmission: gearboxes, torque converters, clutches
• Hydraulics: pumps, hydraulic motors, cylinders, valve blocks
• Undercarriage and attachments: buckets, pins, bushings, quick couplers, boom extensions

3. WORKSHOP SERVICES

We operate our own workshop and continue to provide full heavy machinery repair with warranty:

• Full engine overhaul – disassembly, inspection, restoration of housing components, assembly and testing
• Cylinder head repair and crankshaft grinding
• High-pressure fuel pump and injector repair, fuel system diagnostics
• Emergency on-site removal of fuel pumps at the customer's location at an agreed time
• Gearbox repair
• Front and rear axle repair
• Hydraulic repair – hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors, industrial and marine hydraulics
• Electrical system and control unit repair
• Restoration of housing components – welding, machining, sleeving
• Computer diagnostics and fault finding

We service tractors, combine harvesters, excavators, telehandlers, road-building, port handling, forestry and marine equipment.

Dispatch from our warehouse within 2–10 working days after payment; other timelines arranged individually. We deliver door-to-door across Europe and to most countries worldwide, excluding sanctioned territories. Payment by bank transfer or PayPal; on-site payment available for pickup at our office. We consult in English, Lithuanian and Russian.
